Fill out the registration form on the website with your organization details, choose a package, and create your admin login. Your account activates once our team verifies your organization and the package fee is received.
Can volunteers register through the platform?
Yes. Anyone can apply to volunteer with a listed NGO through a public registration form — with an NGO search dropdown — or your NGO can add volunteers directly from the admin panel. Once approved, volunteers log in to their own dashboard to track activities, and every update is visible to the NGO.
What is group management?
NGOs can organize donors into groups and assign a dedicated group manager to each one. Group managers see their own group's commitments and collections without access to the rest of the NGO's data.
Is there a limit on staff accounts or donors?
